Job Summary
Serves as the single point of contact throughout the onboarding experience by seamlessly executing treasury services and products. Trains customers on treasury products and provides a consultative onboarding approach. Coordinates with the operations team to meet customer expectations. Communicates the status of projects and requests to the sales team, operations, and partners. Supports sales consultants and acts as a liaison between customers and service departments, interacting with various departments continuously.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the initiation, execution, and review of customer agreements, implementation service exhibits, and related documents, ensuring completion and correct documentation within required timeframes.
- Verify accurate and timely implementation of services to ensure revenue. Collaborate with IT for direct file transmissions and communicate progress to sales.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure services are received as requested and comply with procedures and policies. Submit exception pricing as needed.
- Provide training demonstrations on treasury product installation, usage, and troubleshooting. Coordinate refresher training with sales and operations.
- Attend complex implementation calls and escalate potential roadblocks early.
- Address service and fulfillment inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as a liaison between customers and operations.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and market additional products. Stay updated on product changes and adhere to policies.
- Maintain knowledge of bank products, procedures, regulations, and industry issues through ongoing training.
- Contribute to special projects and system conversions as directed.
- Be aware of and report risks within the functional area, observing policies, laws, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- Three (3) years of Treasury Management experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management applications, products, and services.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with sensitivity to customer concerns.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with banking systems, applications, and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive ownership of requests to enhance customer experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Experience with Treasury Management applications and services.
- Bachelor's Degree and experience in financial services.
