• Proven success in treasury management sales and client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, cash management services, and online banking platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow treasury management revenue and expand the client base.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate cash management solutions.
• Manage client relationships, onboarding, product implementation, and ongoing support.
• Lead the treasury management team and coordinate with operations, technology, and compliance.
• Oversee policies, procedures, internal controls, and fraud prevention.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to improve products and services.
• Support regulatory compliance and internal and external audits.
