Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive growth by closing new business and deepening client relationships within a defined market. You will articulate cash cycle details and showcase Treasury Management principles while guiding clients on fraud mitigation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Treasury Management Sales experience.
• At least 2 years of Banking experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with Business Bankers and Virtual Business Bankers in their assigned markets.
• Schedules and attends calls with Prospects and Existing Customers to generate new Treasury Management and deposit business.
• Achieve or exceed specific production goals.
• Close new business with referrals from Bankers.
• Propose appropriate financial services through a consultative sales approach.
• Identify deepening opportunities with Existing Customers.
• Prepare and complete sales presentations, including any negotiated pricing.
• Set expectations with customers about onboarding experience.
• Prepare and execute implementation documentation to establish new services.
• Coordinate with Onboarding Team to ensure a smooth enrollment process; manage issues as they arise.
• Perform timely follow-up concerning newly implemented treasury management services.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Client Services to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist Bankers with treasury product risk understanding and applying Capital One policies.
• Maintain SRM system regarding sales calls, pipelines, and closed sales.
