Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive new business and deepen client relationships within the $2M-$20M space in their market. You will articulate cash cycle details, discuss fraud mitigation, and partner with Business Bankers and Virtual Bankers to enroll and adopt services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Treasury Management Sales experience.
• At least 2 years of Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with Business Bankers and Virtual Business Bankers.
• Schedules and attends calls with Prospects and Existing Customers to generate Treasury Management and deposit business.
• Achieve or exceed production goals.
• Close new business with referrals from Bankers.
• Propose appropriate financial services through a consultative sales approach.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations including pricing negotiations.
• Guide onboarding and testing, setting clear client expectations.
• Coordinate with Onboarding Team for smooth enrollment.
• Follow up on newly implemented treasury management services to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Client Services to deliver exceptional service.
