Job summary

PNC's Treasury Management Development Program trains associates to become consultative Sales Officers for working capital solutions. While in the program, associates will learn about processes and solutions through formal and experiential learning, and will develop sales acumen via role play and shadow opportunities.

Associates may also create client deliverables and proposals, research clients and industries, and analyze payment trends to support sales.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills including strong communication and accountability.

Responsibilities
