Job summary

PNC's Treasury Management Development Program trains associates to become consultative Sales Officers for our working capital solutions. While in program, associates will learn about working capital processes and corresponding PNC solutions through formal and experiential learning. They will also develop their sales acumen through role play exercises and shadow opportunities.

They are not open to candidates willing to relocate. They must live or go to school in the locations.

Qualifications

• Preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Innovation, Math, Statistics, HR, English, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Operations, Engineering), Minimum GPA 3.2.
• Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills including both strong communication skills and a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• They will train to become consultative Sales Officers for working capital solutions.
• They will learn about working capital processes and PNC solutions through formal and experiential learning.
• They will develop sales acumen through role play exercises and shadow opportunities.
• Additional responsibilities may include creating client deliverables and proposals, client and industry research, and payment trend analysis.
