Qualifications

• Recent university graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills.
• Strong communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; minimum GPA 3.2.

Responsibilities

• Train associates to become consultative Sales Officers for treasury management solutions.
• Learn working capital processes and PNC solutions through formal and experiential learning.
• Develop sales acumen via role plays, shadow opportunities, and client deliverables.
