Job description

Overview

This is a remote role, potentially hired in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Connecticut, Illinois, and Florida. Candidates must be willing to work in the Eastern timezone.

The position involves leading the planning, development, management, and reporting of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase client awareness and revenue for designated lines of business. Responsibilities include implementing strategic programs for client acquisition and retention, revenue growth, and referred business, as well as communicating marketing initiatives and customer notifications through various channels such as branch, website, social media, and digital banking platforms. The role may also involve providing leadership and guidance to less experienced team members.

Responsibilities
  1. Creating Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product managers to develop strategies and campaigns that drive objectives and revenue growth. Oversee execution through marketing channels and measure results.
  2. External Communication: Manage the creation and distribution of newsletters, Tombstones, LinkedIn content, sales presentations, and customer communications related to incidents or acquisitions.
  3. Content Creation: Guide content development supporting revenue goals, ensuring materials are current and deadlines are met.
  4. Internal and External Communications: Work with product managers to manage product content and internal partner communications and education.
  5. Event Management: Oversee planning and execution of internal and external events and webinars.
  6. Team Engagement: Collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
Qualifications

Remote position, potentially in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Connecticut, Illinois, or Florida. Candidates must be willing to work in the Eastern timezone.

Options include:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of financial services and marketing/communications experience, including project management, OR
  • High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, marketing, or communications, including project management.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Exceptional communication skills (writing, editing, verbal).
  • Experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and collaboration with senior management.
  • At least 5 years of banking experience.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Compliance.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience supporting client and internal events, meetings, and webinars.
