Job summary

PNC is seeking an Associate Treasury Management Officer to join the Treasury Management Sales organization. The role supports relationship management and product suite activities, with base salary range of $75,000.00 to $150,000.00 and incentive opportunities based on performance.

The candidate may be based in Tampa, FL, Charlotte, NC, Pittsburgh, PA or other listed locations. Office-based role with emphasis on client solutions, risk mitigation, and revenue growth through treasury products.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; familiarity with treasury products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs or assists in banking activities, including relationship management and/or product suite activities.
• Identifies and mitigates risk, including regulatory, reputational, and operational risks; may help prepare offerings or scorecards.
• Analyzes information and applies critical thinking to design and execute client solutions from request to booking and close. Drives fee income through relationships.
• Interacts with clients to gather information, expand relationships, and answer product-related inquiries; demonstrates ability to analyze and mitigate risk.
• Participates in mentoring, networking, and formal learning to develop skills in credit, product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.
