The role is based in Charlotte NC or Tampa FL or Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland OH or Dallas TX or Washington DC or Baltimore MD or Atlanta GA, with in-office expectations. Base Salary range is $75,000.00 to $150,000.00, with incentive eligibility based on company and individual performance.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 2+ years of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• No specific certifications are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform banking activities including relationship management and product suite activities under supervision.
• Identify and mitigate risk; assist in offerings and scorecards.
• Analyze information to design client solutions and drive revenue.
• Interact with clients to expand relationships and present recommendations.
• Participate in social learning and mentoring to build credit, product, and sales knowledge.
