Qualifications

• 1+ years in finance operations, treasury, bookkeeping, or accounting (specialty finance, lending, or fund administration a plus)
• Solid accounting fundamentals and strong attention to detail
• Accuracy with high transaction volume
• Discretion with sensitive financial data
• Organization across recurring daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash position across bank accounts and fund new deals
• Set up and manage repayments, adjustments, and refunds in Salesforce
• Maintain investment and participation records on funded deals, including renewals
• Process scheduled payments, commissions, and company invoices
• Handle bookkeeping across multiple accounts and prepare monthly close information for external accountants
• Track credit card expenses and other liabilities
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports and trackers
• Support state licensing, Secretary of State filings, NMLS and DFPI reporting, and annual 1099s
• Back up the processing and operations teams as needed
