Job summary

Citizens Enterprise Market Risk Management seeks a Treasury Oversight Analyst to support liquidity risk framework and oversight. You will review Treasury practices, develop documentation, and monitor risk positions with governance input.

The role involves data-driven assessments, collaboration across lines of defense, and regular reporting to stakeholders. Boston-based hybrid work is expected with a 40+ hour week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Risk, or related functions.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and summarize insights for management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience in treasury functions (funding/liquidity management, funds transfer pricing, or investment portfolio) is preferred.
• Excel and SQL proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design and execution of reviews of Treasury practices against regulatory and corporate standards.
• Maintain review materials, procedures, logs, and governance reporting for liquidity risk oversight.
• Deliver assessments and risk position monitoring within deadlines.
• Monitor liquidity risk exposures against limits and reperform risk appetite metrics.
• Support independent review of liquidity stress testing with the team.
