Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Treasury Oversight Analyst in Boston, MA, to support Liquidity Risk Management and the Interest Rate Risk Oversight Framework. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Risk, or business line related functions.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, workflows, risk profiles, and summarize for management information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Treasury functions (funding/liquidity management, funds transfer pricing, or investment portfolio management) is desired.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute reviews and challenge assessments of Treasury practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation, assessment procedures, meeting materials, issue logs, and governance reporting for liquidity risk oversight.
• Deliver assessments and risk position monitoring within established timelines for annual program opinions.
• Monitor liquidity risk exposures against limits and reperform risk appetite metrics as required.
• Support independent review of liquidity stress testing in coordination with the team and model validation.
• Identify and escalate exceptions to risk limits, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with Treasury to identify improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Participate in EMRM governance and help formulate EMRM strategy.
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders across the three lines of defense.
