Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Treasury Oversight Analyst within Enterprise Market Risk Management to support the independent Liquidity Risk Management and Oversight Framework. The role reports to the Head of Treasury Risk Oversight and collaborates with Treasury teams.

You will perform second line risk oversight, develop documentation, and contribute to governance reporting while evaluating liquidity stress testing and risk positions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Risk, or business line related functions.
• Ability to analyze large sets of data, workflow processes, risk profiles, and summarize for management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of review and challenge assessments of Treasury practices against regulatory and corporate expectations.
• Support development and maintenance of review and challenge documentation, assessment procedures, meeting materials, issue logs, and governance reporting.
• Deliver assessments and risk position monitoring within established timelines for annual program opinions.
• Monitor liquidity risk exposures against limits and reperform risk appetite metrics.
