Job summary

Progressive Leasing in Utah is seeking a hands-on treasury leader to own strategy and execution across treasury operations, payments, and system integrations. You will drive cash positioning, liquidity management, and Workday treasury implementations, partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless transitions and strong controls.

The role emphasizes automation, risk management, SOX compliance, NACHA rules, and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders to scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years of treasury management, payments, or cash operations.
• Experience leading large-scale system implementations, preferably Workday.
• Strong controls, fraud mitigation, NACHA/SOX knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily treasury operations including cash positioning and liquidity management.
• Oversee payments across ACH, wire, lockbox, and online bill payment.
• Supervise remittance processing and ensure internal controls.
• Manage positive pay decisioning, exception resolution, and fraud mitigation.
• Promote electronic payment strategies and automation.
• Lead Workday treasury implementation and integrations.
• Support acquisitions with treasury integration and post-close stabilization.
