Job summary

Northern Data is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own Group liquidity, cash management, FX exposure and payment processes in a fast-growing multinational. You will optimise the Treasury function and TMS, develop cash forecasting, and partner with Finance and BI teams.

Leading a Treasury Analyst, you will set objectives, mentor the team and drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, working capital, and banking relationships as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury experience in a multinational scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Track record of optimising and maturing treasury functions (TMS usage, payments, cash pooling or in-house bank).
• Solid FX risk management experience: exposure analysis and hedging in a multicurrency group.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and building structure without waiting for it.
• Strong data skills to translate treasury needs into BI/finance requirements.
• Experience coaching or managing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Group liquidity and cash management: cash positioning, cash pooling and intercompany funding.
• Operate and further develop the Treasury Management System (TMS), driving adoption and straight‑through processing.
• Manage the group’s FX and multicurrency exposure; help formalise the FX risk policy.
• Run and improve centralised, compliant Group payment processes.
• Own short and long-term liquidity forecasts and improve forecast accuracy.
• Optimise working capital and banking relationships across the Group.
• Define KPIs and reporting requirements; collaborate with BI for treasury reporting in PowerBI.
• Lead and develop the Treasury Analyst; set objectives and provide mentoring.
• Take on ad-hoc treasury projects as the business scales.
