Job summary

Lendmarq Capital LLC, a private real estate lender, is seeking a Treasury Manager to build and lead treasury operations aligned with growth. You will manage liquidity, cash flow, funding facilities, and banking relationships, partnering with Accounting and Capital Markets to ensure timely loan funding and accurate cash reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business or related field.
• 7+ years in treasury, finance, banking, or capital markets.
• Mortgage lending or mortgage banking experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse facilities and loan funding preferred.
• Strong cash-flow forecasting and financial analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic yet hands-on in approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash, liquidity, and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee warehouse lines and other financing facilities, including borrowing capacity, collateral, draws, paydowns, covenants, and lender reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate loan funding and settlement in partnership with Operations, Capital Markets, and Accounting.
• Manage relationships with banks, warehouse lenders, and other financing counterparties.
• Monitor liquidity, funding costs, counterparty exposure, and related risks.
• Establish and maintain treasury policies, controls, and procedures, including wire and cash-management controls.
• Provide senior management with clear reporting on liquidity, funding capacity, and upcoming cash requirements.
• Improve and automate treasury processes as the company grows.Build, mentor, and develop high-performing Core and Special Servicing teams.
• Establish departmental goals, service standards, productivity metrics, and performance expectations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and exceptional borrower service.
