Qualifications

• Seven years of treasury operations experience.
• A master’s degree may substitute for two years of required experience.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, instruments, and liquidity.
• Experience with GAAP, GASB, and FASB guidance related to treasury functions.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily cash management and establish daily cash position.
• Coordinate wire transfers and ACH transactions; verify AP disbursements.
• Monitor treasury system records, reconcile cash balances, and prepare cash reports.
• Manage banking relationships and investment portfolio per policy.
• Prepare reports on cash flow, debt, investments, and risk exposures.
