Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a closely related field.
• One (1) year of professional experience in finance, treasury, investment banking, municipal finance, budgeting, accounting, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily cash balances and determine borrowing/investing needs.
• Forecast short-term cash flows and identify liquidity requirements.
• Reconcile bank activity and investigate discrepancies with custodians or internal teams.
• Develop and maintain debt service and cash-flow models; monitor bond covenants and debt policies.
