Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in treasury operations or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of cash management, investments, and risk controls.
• Familiarity with GAAP, GASB, and FASB guidance in treasury contexts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash position and liquidity forecasting for operating and debt service.
• Coordinate wire transfers, ACH, and payment processing; reconcile bank activity.
• Oversee investment portfolio in accordance with policy and IRS rules.
• Monitor banking relationships and prepare periodic treasury reports for ACFR.
• Collaborate with auditors, finance teams, and external stakeholders.
• Act as backup to Treasurer and support optimization via technology platforms.
