Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Treasury Services Associate-Implementations Specialist to onboard treasury products for new and existing clients. You will manage onboarding projects, coordinate with Treasury Sales, review agreements, and serve as a subject matter expert for treasury solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of banking experience with treasury products, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of banking experience with treasury products.
• Strong oral presentation skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Onboard all Treasury products and services for new and existing Treasury clients
• Project management oversight to drive accuracy and timeliness of onboarding process
• Collaborate with Treasury Sales to identify a prospect’s need for new Treasury service set-up
• Review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution
• Act as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services and systems
• Communicate directly with clients or their designees regarding testing and any format changes needed, including ACH files (CSV and NACHA formats), Positive Pay issue files and data transmissions, etc.
• High-Level of verbal and written etiquette to be able to communicate with clients via phone and email
• Provide high level of client support to clients via phone and email
• Provide client assistance for various Treasury products as needed
• Coordinate smooth transition of new clients to Treasury Support Education
• Act as a liaison with various internal departments to facilitate implementation of products such as Account Recon, Lockbox, Positive Pay, etc.
• Mentor other Implementation Specialists, including training of new associates
• Other duties as assigned
