Switchboard Hiring is recruiting for a Treasury Management Officer at a well-established, privately held community bank. You will develop client relationships, uncover cash management needs, and drive deposit growth and treasury-related fees.

You will partner with commercial lenders and shape treasury management direction, coordinating product setup, demos, and client training for ACH, wires, and online banking. Strong banking and sales background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of banking experience with production in treasury management sales.
• Knowledge of ACH, wires, online banking, remote deposit capture, positive pay.
• Strong B2B relationship-building and consultative sales with business owners and C-suite.
• CTP designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients, delivering treasury solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within client portfolios to drive deposits and fees.
• Partner with loan officers on joint calling to win operating accounts and treasury relationships.
• Conduct needs assessments and present proposals and demonstrations of treasury services.
• Oversee treasury implementation and client training for ACH, wires, remote deposits, and online banking.
• Serve as treasury SME for clients and internal teams.
• Review and refine treasury products based on market trends and feedback.

We are seeking a Treasury Management Officer on behalf of our client, a well-established, privately held community bank. This role is built for a producer — someone who knows how to get in front of business owners, uncover cash management needs, and turn relationships into deposit growth and fee income. You'll partner closely with commercial lenders across the bank's footprint while also helping shape the direction of the treasury management function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial and business clients, delivering treasury solutions that optimize cash flow, mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client portfolios, driving deposit growth and treasury-related fee income
• Partner with commercial loan officers on joint calling efforts to win new operating accounts and treasury relationships
• Conduct client needs assessments and prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and the financial benefits of treasury management services
• Oversee treasury management implementation, coordinating product setup and client training for services such as ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and online banking
• Serve as the bank's subject-matter resource on treasury products for both clients and internal teams
• Review current treasury products for adjustments, improvements, or expansion based on market trends and client feedback, contributing to the strategic direction of the department
• Support client due diligence, documentation, and compliance with applicable banking regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of banking experience with a track record of production in treasury management sales, cash management, or commercial deposit relationship development
• Working knowledge of core treasury services — ACH, wires, online banking, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and related products
• Strong B2B relationship-building and consultative sales skills; comfortable calling on business owners and C-suite decision-makers
• Experience leading or helping manage a treasury management function is a plus, but senior management experience is not required
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital banking platforms
