Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Covington/Merrimack seeks a Sr. Associate in Bank Services and Reconciliation to execute, reconcile and monitor high-volume money movements.

You will liaise with internal and external partners, support corporate actions and maintain controls to limit risk and protect client assets. The role requires collaboration across sites, strong analytical skills, and a track record of meeting tight deadlines while communicating clearly and precisely.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services with Defined Benefits knowledge.
• Experience and understanding of Fidelity System Applications (Omnipay, XTRAC, Disc Recon) and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to execute tasks and move to the next function in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working independently while ensuring team goals are met.
