Job summary

MyFunded Futures LLC is seeking an Accounting Associate focused on Treasury & Financial Reporting. You will support monthly closes, prepare journal entries, and maintain reconciliations across multiple entities while partnering with senior finance leaders to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

The role emphasizes cash management, intercompany accounting, and process improvements in a growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Approximately 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting with a Big Four or other national firm.
CPA eligible or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting fundamentals.
Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
Maintain accurate general ledger activity and supporting workpapers.
Support consolidated financial reporting for audit readiness.
Assist with tax support schedules and regulatory reporting.
Monitor treasury operations and cash management activities.
Assist with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
Support bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
