FP&A & Accounting Analyst — Early Career

Job summary

My Funded Futures is seeking an Accounting Associate to support FP&A, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across multiple entities.

You will partner with the Senior Accountant and VP of Finance to ensure accurate monthly closes, robust financial analysis, and scalable processes as the company grows. This is an ideal role for someone 2 years out of college looking to transition into industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Approximately 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting with a Big Four or other national firm or bank.
• CPA eligible or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting the month-end close process.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with budgeting/forecasting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Support consolidated reporting and audit-readiness activities.
• Assist with tax schedules and regulatory reporting.
