Metropolitan Companies in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Treasury & Financial Analyst to join our Treasury and Finance teams. You will report to the Director of Treasury and contribute to both corporate treasury and project-level financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Proficiency in Excel; VBA and financial modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury activities and liquidity reporting.
• Assist with intercompany funding and internal lending.
• Prepare treasury reporting and reconciliations for management review.
• Support month-end close with accounting to ensure P&Ls are complete and timely.
• Develop management presentations and reporting deliverables; contribute to process improvements.
