Metropolitan Companies in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Treasury & Financial Analyst to join our Treasury and Finance teams. You will report to the Director of Treasury and contribute to both corporate treasury and project-level financial analysis.

This early-career role offers exposure to cash positioning, intercompany funding, and detailed financial reporting, with a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus potential.

Description

Metropolitan Companies is seeking a motivated Treasury & Financial Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Treasury, this role offers exposure to both corporate treasury functions and project-level financial analysis, making it an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a well-rounded finance skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury

• Support daily cash positioning, bank account monitoring, and liquidity reporting
• Assist with intercompany funding activity and internal lending administration
• Prepare treasury reporting and reconciliations for management review
• Support periodic bank account access reviews and internal control procedures
• Assist with ad hoc treasury projects, including process documentation and system improvements

Financial Analysis

• Partner with accounting on month-end close to ensure P&Ls are completed accurately and on time
• Assist in preparing management presentations and reporting deliverables to meet deadlines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, systems, and reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
