Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or general accounting/finance.
• Progress toward Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP or treasury management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank activity and prepare the daily cash position report.
• Assist in short-term and rolling cash flow forecasts.
• Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers.
• Reconcile bank statements and treasury system records.
• Support bank account administration, including openings/closings and signer updates.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end treasury reporting and audits.
• Track bank fees and assist with fee analysis.
• Maintain treasury records and procedural documentation.
• Support treasury system implementations and process improvements.
