Pew’s Finance Department seeks a Director of Treasury and Finance Services to lead treasury, banking, cash flow, capital markets, and investment oversight. The role reports to the Senior Director, Planning, Budget and Treasury, with hybrid days in Washington, DC and telework options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in treasury/finance leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience, managing performance and staff development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with executive-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pew’s treasury strategy, liquidity management, and capital markets oversight.
• Provide insightful governance reporting to senior leadership and Board members.
• Oversee long-term financial planning, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Coordinate relationships with banks, investment partners and external advisors to align with investment policies.
