Responsibilities

• Strategic Treasury Leadership: steer treasury strategy, liquidity, and investment returns.
• Treasury, Banking and Cash Flow Management: oversee bank activities and internal controls.
• Capital Markets and Financing: manage bond financing and debt strategy.
• Investments Oversight: supervise outsourced investment partners and policies.
• Board and Audit Support: prepare quarterly finance committee materials and liaise with auditors.
• Team Development and Leadership: develop goals and mentor staff, promote high performance.
