Job summary

Givebutter is seeking an Engineering Manager in Salt Lake City, responsible for leading the Treasury pod and delivering world-class financial infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of full-stack development experience, particularly in building financial systems, and at least 2 years of managing a team of engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Experience with payment processing and financial systems.
• At least 2+ years managing teams of 5+ engineers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP of Engineering to develop Treasury strategy.
• Lead a team in building Givebutter Wallet features.
• Own the Treasury engineering function.
