Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in modern web technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable financial systems, including payment processing.
• At least 2+ years managing a team of 5+ engineers.
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to execute the Treasury engineering strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers on financial tools.
• Own the Treasury engineering function and set technical direction.
• Drive development of ACH transfer tools and card issuing systems.
