Job summary

Gulf Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Deposit/Treasury Management Operations Manager to oversee Deposit and Treasury Operations, ensuring policy-compliant processes and excellent client experience. You will coordinate deployments, train staff, and drive efficient operations across the department.

The role requires 3–5 years of banking experience with treasury supervision, strong analytical and leadership abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years banking experience, with treasury supervision is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of deposits, wire operations and treasury management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Deposit/Treasury Management Operations department and ensure excellence across departments.
• 0Provide professional support to customers and Bank personnel, assist with product usage and inquiries.
• Coordinate implementation and customer setups, contracts, and documentation for signatures.
• Monitor reports and transactions to verify activity, track trends and detect anomalies.
• Attend sales calls with banking officers on treasury customers.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and audit findings are addressed.
• Support development of new or enhanced products and services.
