Nscale is a GPU cloud company focused on AI infrastructure, based in New York. We are seeking a high-output treasury professional to support project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions.

The role suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to grow into larger deal execution responsibilities over time. You will collaborate with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams, build transaction models, and help manage a financing pipeline across multiple

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, investment banking, corporate finance, or structured finance.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination
• Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases
• Support evaluation of key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and covenant frameworks
• Coordinate closely with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams to ensure transaction assumptions and deliverables are aligned
• Update and prepare a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies
• Support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting
