Job Description

The Senior Treasury Claim Analyst supports the claim payment process, completes regulatory requirements for pharmacy and member payments, performs complex analysis, and collaborates cross-functionally on projects. Responsibilities include providing guidance to Accounting, Finance, IT, Claims, Pharmacy Networks, and Government Programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in complex client and system implementations, leading discussions on liquidity impacts and compliance with prompt pay laws.
• Manage issues by collaborating with stakeholders to identify root causes and resolve them.
• Perform escheatment activities, develop reporting processes, and ensure compliance with state unclaimed property laws.
• Analyze payment compliance with federal and state laws and contractual requirements.
• Identify and lead process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff, demonstrating professionalism and leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years in Finance, Accounting, or related roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Experience in unclaimed property management.
• Ability to interpret regulatory and contractual language.
• Adaptability and strong time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CTP, CPA, or CMA certifications.
• Experience with SAP or general ledger systems.
• Banking relationship management experience.

Physical Demands

• Travel up to 5%.
• Sit, use hands, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Specific vision abilities required.

Salary range: $81,000 - $138,000 based on experience.
