Role Overview

The Senior Analyst, Indirect Tax will be responsible for managing change programs, client relationships, and overseeing administrative processes. The role involves leading teams to achieve organizational goals with a focus on standardization, efficiency, project management, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand high-quality, client-focused content for general merchandise.
• Drive the adoption of Unify among key clients and provide team support and training.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of reports, emphasizing standardization and accessibility.
• Encourage a client-centric approach within the Commercial team.
• Implement initiatives to streamline administrative tasks, enhancing client engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of high performance.
• Experience in Client Management, Data Analysis, Project Management, or Leadership preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, Unify, Tableau, or PowerBi.
• Knowledge of data management systems.
