HealthPartners is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support liquidity management, cash positioning, banking relationships, and treasury systems. The role provides analytical support and ensures effective cash flow management and decision support across the organization.

Ideal candidates have a finance-related bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in corporate treasury or related finance roles, with strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking, or related finance roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and PC-based financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Cash & Liquidity Management: support daily cash management, cash positioning, reporting.
• Banking & Treasury Relationships: assist in maintaining relationships with banks and service providers.
• Debt & Investment Support: assist with debt issuance, compliance and reporting; maintain investment databases.
• Systems, Controls & Compliance: develop treasury reporting tools, monitor credit card processing, ensure NACHA compliance.
• Analysis & Special Projects: provide research and cross-functional collaboration; participate in treasury leadership projects.
