Job summary

PTR Global is seeking an organized Audit Analyst I for our Treasury Operations team in Allentown, PA. The role focuses on cash control functions, banking activities, and administrative support within SOX 404 guidelines.

You will work to safeguard cash, perform reconciliations, and assist auditors with cash controls and reporting. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of controls for cash safeguarding under SOX 404.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash control and banking controls, including vendor/customer info callbacks and change validation.
• Run daily interface controls to ensure systems function properly.
• Assist with daily/ monthly/ quarterly cash controls and fraud prevention.
• Reconcile book records with bank transactions using treasury software.
• Identify and resolve issues from daily matching processes.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and address discrepancies.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements and unclaimed property processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support internal users.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors on cash controls.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses.
