Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily cash booking by extracting and categorizing transactions from bank reports
• Prepare and post cash and accounting general ledger entries and perform reconciliation processes
• Submit payments through treasury workflows ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Support capital call execution by initiating payments, saving and tagging notices, and maintaining accurate records
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial and compliance reports
• Prepare and tie-out GAAP financial statements
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
