Job summary

Solventum in the United States is seeking a Treasury, Cash & Travel IT Manager to design, implement, and support Treasury, Cash and Travel processes within a new SAP S/4 ERP environment.

You will lead a global team, collaborate with business partners, and translate complex requirements into robust IT solutions that meet security, performance, and compliance standards.

This role is pivotal to enabling smarter, safer healthcare operations across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment and support of Treasury, Cash and Travel applications.
• Guide process design and configuration to meet global business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with business counterparts in design, development, testing and delivery of treasury, cash, and travel solutions.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues, team members and cross functional teams in design, development, integration, testing and deployment of solutions.
• Design, create, test & document the configuration of applications to support global business requirements and performance goals.
• Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the application architecture/solution in assigned areas.
• Work with business areas and IT colleagues to define the overall application and technical requirements.
• Provide knowledge and expertise on current processes and procedures.
• Ensure the products and components work together to meet objectives in functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements.
• Identify and help resolve design issues, participate, and provide critique for design reviews.
• Advocate recommended process design changes within their process community.
• Support adherence to business and program objectives and program mission.

• Managing & leading the team to design, deploy, and support Treasury, Cash and Travel applications.
