Barings, a leading global financial services firm, seeks a Senior Associate in Treasury to support balance sheet management, capital allocation and cash forecasting in Charlotte, NYC or London.

You will partner with the Treasurer and Treasury teams to optimize capital use, develop processes, and prepare materials for senior leadership. This role offers exposure to institutional clients and a broad corporate finance agenda.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational initiatives including management of credit facilities for working capital and cash forecasting.
• Develop, monitor and communicate balance sheet limits with relevant investment teams.
• Evaluate liquidity solutions and drive new or improved options in partnership with internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing quarterly materials to senior management on balance sheet activities and deployed capital.
• Work with investment teams to understand capital and balance sheet needs for current funds and future opportunities.
