Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, financial analysis, accounting, reporting, compliance, and funding for benefits programs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly close activities for >$1B in employee benefit expense.
• Provide oversight of global/domestic third-party service providers and ensure internal controls and compliance.
