Job summary

Gardant is seeking a Finance Administrator to serve as a primary liaison with financial institutions and oversee banking controls and related paperwork. The role supports the organization with documentation, software administration, and credit line renewals.

The position emphasizes meticulous record keeping, multi-project management, and independent work style to maintain smooth banking operations and internal control compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll preferred.
• Experience with file organization, maintenance, and task management systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact between the organization and financial institutions; address concerns, resolve issues, and identify opportunities.
• Create, update, and organize internal banking control documents (opening forms, signature cards, loan agreements, cash management policies).
• Administer bank-related software including online banking platforms and remote deposit capture; support Community and Support Center users.
• Administer Community Credit Cards paperwork as Administrator.
• Support renewal of lines of credit and letters of credit for the Community Portfolio.
• Maintain maintenance records and provide admin support for Support Center Fleet Vehicles.
