The role collaborates with the accounting team to maintain financial records, support bank relationships, and safeguard lines of credit and credit card administration. Strong attention to detail and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and/or payroll preferred.
• Experience with file organization, maintenance, and task management systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure.

• Serve as primary contact between the organization and financial institutions.
• Create, update, and organize internal banking control documents.
• Administer bank‑related software and online banking platforms.
• Serve as Administrator for Community Credit Cards.
• Support renewal of lines of credit and letters of credit for the Community Portfolio.
• Manage maintenance records and administrative support for Support Center Fleet Vehicles.

Job Location: Kankakee, IL 60901, Salary Range: $57,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary, Gardant is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Accounting Team. This role manages Treasury and Support Center fleet internal control records and provides essential administrative support across banking, credit, and fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact between the organization and financial institutions; addressing concerns, resolving issues, and identifying new opportunities.
• Create, update, and organize internal banking control documents, including account opening forms, signature cards, loan agreements, and cash management policies.
• Administer bank-related software, including online banking platforms and remote deposit capture, while supporting Community and Support Center users.
• Serve as Administrator for Community Credit Cards, maintaining all associated paperwork.
• Provide administrative support for the renewal of lines of credit and letters of credit across the Community Portfolio.
• Manage maintenance records and administrative support for Support Center Fleet Vehicles.

Qualifications: Qualifications
