Citizens Bank offers a 10-week Treasury rotational program for first-year graduates with financial analyst experience. Participants gain hands-on project experience across Funding & Liquidity, ALM, Capital Strategy, Central Model Development, and Funds Transfer Pricing.

You may be placed in different Treasury teams based on projects and skills, with exposure to senior leaders and a pathway to the full Treasury Rotational Program. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy.
• Outstanding written and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
• Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link.

Responsibilities

• Project-based assignments exposing Treasury functions.
• Research and analysis supporting team priorities and initiatives.
• Exposure to risk management, balance sheet optimization, and strategic decision-making.
