Job summary

Citizens Bank offers an 18-month Treasury and Balance Sheet Strategies Rotational Program comprised of three 6-month assignments across Treasury teams. An initial 10-week experience provides hands-on project work, exposure to senior leaders, and transferable skills that position you for the program and beyond.

Applicants must be a first-year graduate with finance experience; CPT/OPT sponsorship is not available. This role starts at $40 per hour with competitive benefits and onboarding.
