Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation seeks an AVP Finance – Treasury to manage liquidity forecasting, balance sheet analytics and capital reporting. You will report to the VP – Treasury and support daily cash positioning, forecasting, and strategic balance sheet management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 5+ years in corporate treasury, ALM, FP&A or related fields.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and ALM concepts.
• Experience with treasury reporting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Liquidity forecasting and daily cash positioning.
• Collateral management and capital adequacy reporting.
• Lead liquidity and capital stress testing frameworks.
• Prepare audit-ready treasury reporting for management and committees.
• Partner with LOBs for budgeting and forecasting.
• Support ALCO and CMC materials.
