Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Treasury to lead liquidity, capital and balance sheet management reporting, forecasting and strategy. Reporting to the VP – Treasury, you will drive daily liquidity optimization and complex executive-level reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will partner with lines of business and ALCO/CMC committees, overseeing cash forecasting, collateral optimization and stress testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of treasury/ALM/FP&A experience.
• Strong proficiency in bank analytics and regulatory knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy in reporting.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Liquidity & Cash Forecasting – oversee daily liquidity positioning and short-to-long-term cash forecasting.
• Collateral Optimization – manage collateral to secure borrowing availability at facilities (FRB/FHLB).
• Stress Testing – maintain liquidity and capital stress testing frameworks and processes.
• Capital Oversight – monitor capital management and regulatory capital tracking.
• Financial Reporting – deliver audit-ready treasury reporting for internal management.
• LOB Advisory – partner with lines of business for budgeting and forecasting needs.
• ALCO & CMC Materials – assist data aggregation and material production for ALCO/CMC.
