Qualificações

• 7–10+ years in Treasury, Cash Management or Investment Operations, ideally in asset management or credit.
• Experience reviewing or mentoring junior team members; people-management is a plus.
• Knowledge of private credit and investment management dynamics.
• Experience with deal funding cycles and complex fund structures.
• Strong risk awareness and focus on controls in settlement environments.
• Proven track record improving processes through technology and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day treasury operations across investment platforms and ensure liquidity.
• Oversee deal funding, wire payments, FX settlements, collateral movements, and reconciliations.
• Mentor analysts and review their work to develop technical and professional skills.
• Drive process standardization and automation, including Hazeltree implementations.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Fund Finance and other teams on cross-functional projects.
• Represent Treasury on audits, SOX controls, and internal reporting requirements.
