A leading $20bn+ Private Equity firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Treasury Associate to manage liquidity for funds and support trading and accounting activities. Ideal candidates will have 5-7+ years of Treasury experience and a deep understanding of fixed income products. This is an opportunity for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of financial services experience.
• 5-7+ years of Treasury experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity requirements for the fund.
• Assist with wire processing, reconciliations, and cash breaks.
• Produce daily and monthly reports on liquidity.

Job description

Our client, a $20bn+ Private Equity firm in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for an experienced Treasury Associate to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4+ yrs. of financial services experience and a strong understanding of Treasury functions.

You will…

• Manage the liquidity requirements for the fund, including daily cash position forecasting and funding projections
• Assist with wire processing, reconciliations, cash breaks, trade approvals, and clearing of settlements
• Work closely with the Trading Desk and Accounting Department to support the full lifecycle of all products
• Produce daily and monthly reports on liquidity
• Ad-hoc projects, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or similar field
• 5-7+ yrs. of Treasury experience
• Strong knowledge of various fixed income and credit products
